Data Retention

We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. Brief content and source data can be deleted at any time through your account settings. Upon account deletion, all associated data is permanently removed within 30 days.

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform maintenance or updates that temporarily affect service availability. We will provide reasonable notice for planned downtime.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, BriefCraft Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of BriefCraft.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Oregon, USA. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Oregon, USA.
